Description: Applicants must be on active duty in the uniformed military services, honorably discharged veterans, or their spouses or dependents who are full-time students in an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens, majoring in electrical, computer, chemical or aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics and have a minimum 3.4 GPA. Veterans may apply for the scholarship as college freshmen. All others must apply as college sophomores or juniors.

Description: Candidates must be residents of Pennsylvania and must be enrolled in an undergraduate nursing program at an institution located in Pennsylvania. They must be active duty military, veterans, military spouses, veterans' spouses, or the children of active duty military or veterans. Candidates are nominated for this award by the deans and department heads in the school of nursing at their institutions. Selection of award recipients will be determined by lottery.
