Description: Applicants must be on active duty in the uniformed military services, honorably discharged veterans, or their spouses or dependents who are full-time students in an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Veterans may apply for the scholarship as college freshmen. All others must apply as college sophomores or juniors.
