Description: Applicants must be on active duty in the uniformed military services, honorably discharged veterans, or their spouses or dependents who are full-time students in an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens, majoring in electrical, computer, chemical or aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics and have a minimum 3.4 GPA. Veterans may apply for the scholarship as college freshmen. All others must apply as college sophomores or juniors.

Description: Applicants must be the spouses of active duty members of the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserve. They must be accepted or enrolled at an accredited college or university and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Applicants who are themselves Air Force members or in ROTC are not eligible. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
