AFCEA General Emmett Paige Scholarships

Description: Applicants must be on active duty in the uniformed military services, honorably discharged veterans, or their spouses or dependents who are full-time students in an accredited four-year U.S. college or university. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens, majoring in electrical, computer, chemical or aerospace engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics and have a minimum 3.4 GPA. Veterans may apply for the scholarship as college freshmen. All others must apply as college sophomores or juniors.

Air Force ROTC ASCP

Amount: Up to $19,400
Apply by: September 1 and October 15
Description: Applicants must be active-duty Air Force personnel who are U.S. citizens under the age of 31, with the exception of nurses, who must be under the age of 42. They must also meet all testing and waiver requirements and be recommended by their commanding officer.

Air Force ROTC High School Scholarship Program

Amount: Up to full tuition plus fees, books and stipend
Apply by: December 1
Description: Applicants must pass the physical fitness assessment and demonstrate academic achievement or outstanding leadership skills. There are three types of award: one that pays full tuition, most fees and for books, one that pays tuition up to $15,000, most fees and for books and one that pays full tuition at a college or university that costs less than $9,000 per year. In return for the scholarship, recipients must serve in the Air Force.
