- Legislative Incentive for Future Excellence (LIFE) Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program administered by the financial aid office at eligible public and independent colleges and universitiesy in South Carolina.

To qualify for federal and other sources of financial aid, you must file the FAFSA. To ensure priority consideration for South Carolina state scholarships and grants, your FAFSA must be submitted online or postmarked by June 30.
